1. How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping is Monday through Friday, excluding post office holidays. All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days unless noted. (If something is needed sooner please contact me). USPS First Class shipping is provided with tracking information once items are shipped. USPS Priority Mail (US only) is available at checkout.
2. Where is your shop located?
Our shop is based out of Connecticut, US.
3. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If anything is wrong with your order, please contact us immediately at jandghandmade@hotmail.com so that we may assist you.
4. My tracking information is saying my package is running late. What do I do?
Once your order is shipped, it is now in the postal services’ hands and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, wrong address delivery or post office delays. It is common to see your order as “running late” so please be patient as the post office is doing the best they can to deliver your package. If you have not received your item and your tracking information has noted it was delivered, please contact your local postmaster who can further assist you and email me so that I may help in any way that I can. If you would like, you may request insurance for an additional cost (please contact me beforehand).
5. Do you offer wholesale?
At this time, we are not accepting large wholesale orders.
6. What else do I need to know?
Please remember each computer monitor and device can show coloring differently, so please note that color may vary. Accessories that feature embellishments may be fragile and should be handled with proper care. Gold and silver metals may vary slightly due to the making process.
